Bridgehouse Inn is located on the 'unexplored' south coast of Jamaica only 1/8 of a mile from the quaint town of Black River in the parish of St. Elizabeth.

This classic Jamaican lodge is set on 2 acres of land and is not the typical tourist spot with scheduled recreational activities. It consist of 15 comfortable guest rooms and staff rooms with private bathrooms, most of which contain air-conditioning and cable TV. There is a impressive restaurant, dining hall, spacious kitchen, huge cold room and 4 large stock rooms that are capable of storing many months of supplies. There are also overnight accomodations for the workers. The south side of the property is directly on the shoreline adjacent to the mouth of the mysterious Black River. The property has many mature fruit trees and plenty of lush foilage. This establishment is the perfect locale for wedding receptions and all other large catered gatherings. There is a large existing customer base consisting of a combination of tourists, business travelers and local residents.

Only a short drive away lies Treasure Beach, Lover's Leap, YS River Falls, Appleton Estate and Bambo Avenue. To the west are the towns of Savannah-La-Mar and Bluefields. To the east are Alligator Pond, Therapeutic Milk River and quaint May Pen.
